i asked my husband the same question. he replied " you are a very nice person and so beautiful. you do so much for me and our family. i am scared of losing you to someone who can show better appreciation for what you do. it just drives me crazy that you chose me and I'm afraid i cant do anything right. I'm just afraid of you leaving..." i told him if i wanted someone else i would have done it along time ago. whats the point of keeping someone you don't care about? but i truly do love my husband.

Men are tribal leaders at a genetic level. They want what is theirs - they are primally wired to keep and protect "theirs" from everybody else. In these modern times, a lot of that is under control and even bred out of some - but a good many men still give way to that testosterone-driven monster.
(That's not to say that women don't have the same problem....)

Insecurity. Men whom exhibit this behavior are generally not very secure with in them selves. Not being secure can manifest its self in a number of ways; looking for acceptance from everyone but them selves, jealousy, etc. When a man is comfortable in his own skin he'll be the first to encourage his partner in having male friends, going out with girls, taking a vacation by herself or witha friend. Guys who are not would never encourage his partner to do such things.

Probably because the exact thing they are accusing you of is what they are doing. It's called guilt. They make you feel bad, or crazy when they know better than anybody they are the ones that should not be trusted.

Because no one knows men like men do. You have not a single male friend who doesn't want to bonk you. You think you do, but you don't. Yes, start thinking of all the guys...the super-nice ones, the big fat ones, the much older ones...they would all nail you if you said they could. I promise.

He's cheating on you. I'm 100% positive he's accusing you of what HE is doing. Don't stand for it. Follow that A$$ hole, catch him and take him to the cleaners.
