Marijuana was decriminalized for medical use in the state of California, however it is still illegal for recreational use and completely illegal on a federal level, prompting our government to waste precious FBI resources better spent hunting terrorists on breaking up medical pot clubs.

It is not legal but the cops are not to target older people who are just using pot. They are supposed to still go after minors and dealers. Waist of time, the war on drugs is just a government money maker.

medical use in Cali is legal...but still a Federal offense so don't tell your friends at the c.i.a. or f.b.i.
