I have had my ears peirced for about four years now, and I still can't figiuer out how to keep them clean! I've tried numerous things like hydrogin peroxcide, and the ear cleaner the woman at the peircing salon gave me. I've eaven tried lotion! I've had them peirced for too long, so I can't close them up again. PLEASE HELP ME!

I used to use rubbing alcohol and vaseline, are you wearing gold earings? I can only wear cheap earing for so long then my ears start to hurt.

Make sure that your are only wearing earings that are surgical steel, silver or gold. Nothing else.
Get some sea salt. Mix a teaspoon of salt in about 8 oz. of hot water. Soak your ears using a cup for about 5 minutes. Try to do this twice a day. It should help to heal your ears.
Kepp your earings in a bag when your not wearing them. Clean them before you wear them with rubbing alcohol.
don't play with your ears, and try to keep your hair off of them

I think you need to see a doctor. There is an infection there and peroxide does not cut it. Have you tried alcohol? If so, see a doctor as I think you need to go on some type of anti-biotics.

try soaking the earrings in peroxide before each use. Stop touching your earlobes. You might be just reinfecting it with bacteria. How big is your earring hole? Can you see threw it? If yes, seek surgery.

this is so crazy. i can not wear earings in my left ear. infected everytime. no matter what metal i use. right ear is pierced five times. no problems.
maybe you are just not meant to wear them like me.
can always try clip-ons

you have to see a doctor because if you have went to the doctor he should have gave you the right medical treatment.if you did and it didn't work then you have to CHANGE DOCTOR
