Tableveiw is between Blaauberg and and Cape Town habour on the Table Bay coast. It has a good veiw of Table Mountain, hence the name. It's about twenty minutes out of the city.

It is not clear what you are asking. However, Cape Town itself is in the Western Cape region of South Africa. The Town is divided into several regional administrations. Tableview is in the Blaauwberg region.
