In the Cable & Deadpool series, Cable has a HUGE amount of telekinetic and psychic abilities. He was attacked by one person, and that person was INSTANTLY transported to the Chrysler Building - litterally halfway around the world.
From what I've read about Cable - he'd hand Cap his Shield.

Cap would win. Cable is tough. But Captain America is the most skilled combatant in the Marvel Universe. Captain America has beaten much, much tougher foes than Cable.
Besides any character created by Jack Kirby, is 1000 times superior to one created by Liefield.

captain america he is as close to superman as it gets super serum solider has super healing running senses everything cable is a cyborg whom is great with weapons and can shoot blasts from his hands but captain america gets my vote sir
