This isn't true of President Bush. It is a very hard job to be the President. He can't please everybody. I'm glad that he doesn't try. I did not vote for him either time because I do not agree with his stand on certain issues such as the environment and in the first campaign it was reported that Mr. Bush didn't want prescription drug coverage.

That said, however, I know that I can trust President Bush. He can indeed "walk the walk and talk the talk." If he says he's going to do something, he does it. By the same token, if he says he's not going to do something he absolutely will not do it. I do not agree with him on not doing some things and sometimes I think that he's the most stubborn man that there is, but then I realize that he has to be that way because if he weren't, then he would get taken advantage of and nothing would get done for the country.

Re your opinion of Mr. Bush, I read Lisa Beamer's book "Let's Roll" in which she describes the incident on Flight 93 on 9/11. She goes further and carries the story to the time when she wrote the book. In the book she said that she was truly impressed with the time that the President spent with each family. She said that he spent as much time as each of the families wanted. She said that he was not there for some "photo op" but he spent at least ten minutes alone with each of the families. She says that he is a good Christian man who trys his best. I believe that she is right.

If an as*hole is a person that misdirects the public, flat out lies to the public and works very hard to remove peoples constitutional liberties while filling the pockets of the neo-cons, then yes he is.

He is a former alcoholic who couldn't even keep his own oil company in the black and is now the president of the U.S. He's stalled out on giving Iraq it's freedom until all of it's oil resources, banks, power plants and water systems were sold off to foreign investors (privatized). He's called the constitution "it's just a piece of god damn paper." His domestic spying program "looking for terrorists" has monitored such groups as the ACLU.

If you're rich and are into profiting from deregulated environmental protections, buying up foreign utilities or dumping your excess production tax free in another country then he's not an as*hole, he's your savior.

"I'm the decider and I decide what's best." - George W. Bush

As long as your at it throw in Dick Cheney in there too, he scares the hell out of me.

I think calling him an a**hole is far to nice for him. He is a coward, a liar, a cheat, a bully to name a few. Kerry was not the right person for the job either. If we're not careful Jeb Bush will be the next president.

American politicians are only concerned w/ their own intrests and the intrests of big buisness not the intrests of the american people.

to the majority of humans George W. Bush seems like a total red-neck, greedy, oil hungry, neo-con-nazi Texan idiot.

But to self-centered so called compressionate conservative, religious-right, red-state a**holes he and his admin are heroes for reversing American freedoms and now ready to put in Marshall Law in any future hot-spots on the planet....

it depends he did do a FEw things to help our counrty and he did do a few not so cool things but either way you look at it he is just trying to run a country and hez just bad at it but if our country really didnt like him then why would they re-elect him? but i have mixed emotions about him and think we could go for a new president who is the exact opposite of him. the only good thing that i think that bush did was try and stop abortions that was good but i dont think that women should kill theyre own baby and i dont agree with homosexuallity but i have many friends who are but i just dont agree with theyre decision so i hope i helped out

Let's just say that if I could press a magic button today and make someone else president through ethical and legal means, I would. Alas and alack... there's no such thing.
