I jog and play volleyball and as I'm getting older I have started to develop knee pain after exercise. Does anyone have recommendations on preventive exercises?

yes try some isometrics. but be sure that you have not devoloping osteoarthritis. consult your physician & visit physiotherapist or occupational therapist
