From Wikepedia: A rhetorical question is a figure of speech in the form of a question posed for rhetorical effect rather than for the purpose of getting an answer. ("How many times do I have to tell you to stop walking into the house with mud on your shoes?").
A rhetorical question seeks to encourage reflection within the listener as to what the answer to the question (at least, the answer implied by the questioner) must be. When a speaker declaims, "How much longer must our people endure this injustice?" or "Will our company grow or shrink?", no formal answer is expected. Rather, it is a device used by the speaker to assert or deny something.

There is alsways and answer to every question. The real question you should ask is if there is a helpful and applicable answer to every question. That would generate a resounding no. There are basic answers that will apply to all questions because they are so general. For example:
Q: Where is God?
A: Exactly where He is (though we know he is everywhere)
Q: Who is God?
A: Exactly who He desires to be.
See there are answers, just not helpful ones at all. So, to answer your question. No it is not possible for there to be a question without answers, but yes it is possible for there to be a question with no applicable and helpful answers.

Yes...... It seems as though the ones that get the most attention have to do with sex. And that gets meaningless in some cases. I like to answer and ask silly questions the most. But then there are those serious ones too.

"no answer" is an answer to a question. So if you say it you have already answer the question. The only thing is some answer are not educative at all but it is answered.

Yeah if it's ambiguous and pointless. This too applies to questions that are not specific/ well thought out as well. Though I've often come across questions that are way too similar that turns people off immediately because it's repetitive.

I just think every question has an answer, but some answers aren't as clear as others. Or sometimes we just don't know the answers so we assume it doesn't have one.

Here's a simple one: what is the numerical value of infinity? That, and questions that don't have or are not supposed to have answers are called rhetorical questions.

Yes. Eg. What is the colour of your voice? How does blue smell?
Does god exist? These are just grammatically correct but meanings conglomeration of words.

Not for this question anymore ;-)
However, if you'd like to speak about philosophy... yes, many questions have no answer!
... and might never have any!
