Ryan Gosling was in the Mickey Mouse club and was a great singer then (famous in the eyes of Disney viewers) and he performed very well in The Notebook!

Hate to say J.Lo but I am a big fan of her movies...not so much her music though...

Will Smith

Jamie Foxx

Although I never was a great fan of hers, I'd say Whitney Houston did quite a good job in "The Bodyguard" with Kevin Costner (who wouldn't be inspired by his good looks?!) Seriously, we must give credit where it is due to Whitney...let's hope that she will straighten up her act, get off drugs, and use her talent in a positive way once again!

Also, Barbra Streisand - gifted singer and wonderful actor for many years! (The Way We Were, Yentel, etc.)

Cher - versatile singer, fab actress in Mask, Silkwood and Moonstruck.

Ludacris is a pretty good actor and Eminem was amazing in 8 Mile.

I think Jennifer Lopez is probably a better actress than singer, if that counts.

Mark Wahlberg in Boogie Nights, I Heart Huckabees.

Madonna in Desperately Seeking Susan - everything after that NO

Eminem, he was awesome in 8 Mile because he wasn't trying to "act". Also Courtney Love in the People vs. Larry Flynt was great. I think if singers go into acting understanding that they can't coast on their fame (I'm talking to you Beyonce') and actually have to study and work at it than they usually do a good job

I thought Mandy Moore was pretty convincing in A Walk To Remember. And Will Smith wasn't bad in I. Robot or in Hutch, and Bad Boys I and II were hilarious, and don't forget the Men In Black movies... although he was kind of just playing a "bad ***, cool guy" in all of those movies... which he is in real life, so I don't know how hard it was for him.

Cher. I love Moonstruck and the Witches of Eastwick. And of course the King, Elvis Presley.
