It is difficult to tell one exercise ,
Do regular at jogging, swimming, work out at gym and have sex.
Within 1-2 months you will be thinner.
And concentrate on diet also.

Cycling is one of the best exercise. go atleast 5 km you will get slimmer.

well biking definitly helps and if u dont have one it really helps to go to those arcades and play the bike racing games even though it might sound immature it does really help

Cross-trainer or bike. If you don't have access to either of those, running - but don;t hurt your knees; wear cushioned trainers.
