and would u think a star was cool if they said yeah i shop at walmart for my clothes and stuff i work hard for this dough i dont wanna waste it on pricey items when i could be biuying houses or donating to charity!?

If Paris Hiton shopped at Walmart I would buy nothing there :) I belive that all these stars that have all this money needs to donate a little more than they are. They all have like 20 houses a piece and alot of people don't even have one or can't afford the one they have. It's really sad.

Nothing Paris Hilton does would make her more appealing! But if any other star was shopping at thrift stores or Walmart because they were actually BUDGETING their huge salaries, I would think that was cool and spend-thrifty. They would come off looking as a more regular-guy, normal american, and weren't being so wasteful.

I think that what makes Paris and who cohorts who they are is that they don't really work hard for their money (Paris gets $40000/wk as an allowance from the family trust) and that they would never shop at Wal-Mart. If suddenly one day they started doing so, I would wonder how much Wal-Mart was paying them. On a side note, I don't really think that donating to charity is ever a waste of money.

Actually I think people are a lot cooler if they don't shop at Walmart. The prices might be great but the damage they are doing to the country is hardly worth saving $1 on an item. It would be great to see more people in their position do more for less fortunate people.

no i dont think Paris Hilton could be appealing to me in any way shape or form....even without her millions....i cant stand her....she is the prime example of a spoiled little rich girl who has had everything her own way and wouldnt know the meaning of the words 'hard days graft' if they stood up and slapped her in the face. She needs to be seriously brought down several pegs and given a major dose of 'normal reality living'.......ok rant over.....but no i dont think she would make Walmart seem more appealing...there have got to be more appealing ads than Paris Hilton.

Paris Hilton is like a used tampon, washed up and soiled! I think we need some real women role models who dont walk around with thier dogs in more expensive clothes than anyone could afford.l would probibly use that Paris as a chew toy for my pit for about 2 seconds before my dog got an STD...

No Way.. Celebrities are famous not only because they are in the Entertainment industries but also because they have one thing that regular people don't have... MONEY! People enjoy reading about all the nice clothes they wear or the places they shop. I think it would be more of a turn off to see them shop at these bargain stores.

They might be more appealing to some, but I think there are just as many who would be like, "Oh, gross, Paris is shopping at Wal-Mart now." Maybe they have to shop at those high priced stores in Beverly Hills so we can continue to hold them up on their pedestals and think of them as stars, rather than someone just like us who we could run into the next time we go to Wal-Mart.

I dont think it matters where they shop,
Where ever they shop they will still be appealing to the many people that copy and shop where they shop.
Stars shop at Vintage colthing stores which is nothing more that over priced
Goodwill stores.
It's not about where you get the clothes from it's about what you do with the clothes. You know? How you make them look.

1.) Just because Paris did it I'll do it too UMMM...NO like if she jumped off a bridge would u do it too?
2.) Paris doesn't even know what walmart is "Simple Life : season one
3.) Even if she did....hello she wears some of the most trashy stuff and she needs to cover up a little Dont get me wrong shes beautiful i just think you dont need to dress so trashy for people to luv you and i think she should tone it down a bit.
