Next time that you apply a perm to your hair, take vaseline and put it around the front of your hair line. Make sure not to put it on the hair otherwise, the hair won't be permed in that spot. When you are washing the perm out, you can wash the vaseline off so you don't get the bumps that you are talking about anymore.

I know this may sound weird but...before you put those chemicals in you hair rub vaseline along your hair line.
Then after you put the stuff in your hair, let it dry or wait a minute, then take a wash clothe and rub off the vaseline. The vaseline prevents the chemicals from touching your skin. It stops the chemicals from getting in your pores which causes breakouts.

See a dermatologist. It might be an allergic reaction to some chemicals or compounds. This issue may not be caused simply by your pores but rather something in the hair care products.
Avoid listening to people who suggest another drug to get rid of something that you or they don't know the cause of.

First of all be very carefull using mineral oil to treat this problem vaseline for example is very harmful for your skin, use products based on botanical principles formulatted without animal products and as i said before mineral oil, because these do not get absorbed by our skin and what we are doing is bloking our pores and making them break out. I used a deep-cleaning wash that unclogs pores, while keeping outbreaks under control with acne-fighting salicylic acid that prevents new blemishes, without drying skin, instead of using benzoyl peroxide which is very irritating for our skin. Then you could use a toner blended with Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) to help balance and calm skin, this tonic removes excess oils leaving skin clean, soothed and refreshed. and then you miht want to finishwith this lotion because acne doesn’t stand a fighting chance with this oil-free lotion that penetrates pores to combat blemish-causing bacteria, while soothing and clarifying skin. I am in love with these products since they have helped me with lots of things, and the best part is that they are inexpensive.....and also, to avoid breakouts there are these natural supplements that help you support skin from the inside out with a unique dietary supplement that works to target troubled skin with vitamins, minerals and L-Lysine, an amino acid.

There are these pills you can take for acne but they are really bad for your liver & I can't remember what they are called but they work really good. However if your skin isn't that bad just get some really good face wash not the crap you buy in the stores but high end stuff like aveda.
