I want to major in biology (to become a doctor) and if you have to minor in something i want to minor in math teaching. When I go to the 4 year college, will I be able to get my masters while majoring in biology to go to a medical school?

A minor is completely optional. You don't have to have one to go to med school. However, If a minor is relatable to the major, it can often be completed during the 4 year undergraduate degree.
If you want to become a doctor and major in biology, it is unlikely that you can get a minor in math. The two fields require totally different classes, and unless you are willing to stay for an extra year or two, you won't be able to do it. A teaching degree usually doesn't offer minors. They require a lot of classes and so it often takes a whole 4 years to obtain.
You won't get a masters after 4 years of undergrad - you will get a bachelors. If you get good grades and have a decent resume, you can then apply to med school. You don't need a masters to get in to med school.

Most colleges/universities do not REQUIRE a minor, though they encourage people to elect one.
I think you will find it extremely difficult to major in biology (part of the college of arts, sciences, and letters) and minor in teaching (part of the school of education) because these departments are housed in different sections of most universities. Teaching in any subject is something a person chooses as a major, not a minor. If you want to major in Biological Science, consider getting a minor in Anthropology (focusing on biological anthropology classes like "Race and Evolution," "Human Evolution," "Sexual Praxis and Theory," "Medicinal Plants of Native North Americans," "Human Plasticity," anything that will give you an opportunity to work with bones, with genetic learning modules, with public health issues, etc). May dentists and doctors get degrees in anthropology (the study of humans).

you only have to major in something, minoring in a subject is for if you find something interesting and take a lot of classes in it. Even if you get a minor it is not on your diploma, I got a minor in homeland security because I just found the classes easy and interesting, and took enough for a minor

You are not required to minor in anything.

Just as long as you can handle it all there shouldn't be a problem.
