Yes, I have asked this question before and it is true that you can. It is rare and you should check with your doctor if you think you might be. I was on the pill and kept having my period like clockwork every month. One time was very painful and I had a very big clump of blood I am sure was a miscarriage. I thought I had symptoms but I didn't really know... Just be carefull and go to the doc if you think you might be. Some women have periods all the way through... You can click on my "avatar" pick and look on my questions to see the answers people gave me when I asked this very same question... Hope this helps! I was curious as well... it's nice to know facts..

NO. Having your period means that your body is shedding the lining that the zygote/fetus is supposed to be implanted on. That means that when you have a period, there's no lining, meaning no attachment, meaning no pregnancy. Now an egg can be fertilized, be really screwed up, and so the body sheds the endometrial lining to "self-abort." But most don't consider that pregnancy, since it actually happens quite often. So if you're bleeding and pregnant, it's not your period....you should see an OB/GYN as soon as possible.

Yes you can. My best friend had her period thru out the whole pregnancy. She didn't find out she was pregnant till she was around 6 months pregnant. She is a larger woman so you really couldn't tell.

periods refer to the shedding of the inner lining of the uterus when you are not pregnant. so it is impossible to have your periods by definition. You may however experience bleeding during your pregnancy due to various causes, such as a polyp, a laceration, placenta previa (low lying placenta), abruptio placenta (premature separation of the placenta from the uterus) etc etc.
