The easiest way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle by eating less and working out more. Here are some other tips
-Take the stairs instead of the elevator
-Park farther from shopping malls, etc rather than closer
-WALK a lot!
-Eat less cakes, ice cream, etc and MORE salads and vegetables.
The above worked for me - I lost 10 pounds in a few weeks and haven't gained since.

I cut out desserts, fruit juice, and sodas. I also reduced the portions of what I eat. I go running about 1-2 miles every day too. I droped 50 lbs in 4-5 months. Good luck with losing weight, you can do it!

I just went from 115 to 130 over the past year. I started using this Mediterranen protein drink and have already lost 5 lbs. My mom started it in Jan and has gone from 155 to 133. I lost 45 lbs and kept them off by eatting a lot of fresh fruit(mostly watermelon) and turkey breast,chicken(not fried), and fish. I did not exercise, but was workingretail at the time, and was constantly on my feet moving around....

increase yo metabolism it helps making u hungry during the day so when yo wake up workout and run alot cuz thats the best way to do it and if u want to do it the easy way just dont eat to damn much

stop eating...j/k. drink lots of water, cut out the junk food and try to exercise at least 30 min every day.
