because i know ds/dt = v and dv/dt = a, so what does da/dt = ???
or the gradient of each graph to everyone else
Is it just something of no significance?

da/dt is the rate of change of acceleration. Actually this measure is used in advanced mechanics especially celestial mechanics and in engineering studies.

Yes,it does have significance, it is called "jerk" in the world of physics. And in the world of comfort, it does exactly what it sounds like. Most people don't need to use it, but you'll see it being used in things like roller coaster design in engineering.
