Any charity organizations, or maybe an old folks home. if that doesn't work you can put it up on ebay

Go to places like web MD.they have a whole lot of people with disabilities.Example MS/Lupus etc

If you want cash: go to the flea market. If you want to maximize the net value: donate it to charity for a tax write-off. (MS society, red cross, local church groups, etc)
