I don't think so. If you only earn salarey when your selling, then how will they pay you anything?

In New York, if your company doesn't pay you when you're on jury duty, the court system pays you a small sum per day. I think it's around $40/day now. You have to fill out a form saying either that you're not employed or that your employer is not paying you for the time you're on jury duty.

Pay for Jury duty by employers is a voluntary type of benefit. Your best bet is check with the human resources department, but do not hold your breath waiting for a positive answer.

dont think so.
you could have rejected jury duty "due to financial hardship." Or, don't vote in the next election. That's how they create their mailing list for jury duty.

I work on commission only and we get paid our average hourly wage. The same for vacations and personals but it is up to your company.
