No, I am not surprised, it is pass the buck time, it should be George Bush that is arrested for conspiracy to commit murder for his illegal war in Iraq. But the foot solder will be the ones that pay the price. Bush will not as he has no morals.

Does it surprise me, no. this country claims to support our troops, but in reality they don't. The government does nothing for them. I actually was mentioning something like this happening in an earlier answer. They can torture, mutilate, and boobie trap the bodies of two soldiers, but if a squad defends it's self it's murder. Does it surprise me, no, does it piss me off, oh yea.

btw Corpsman is spelled with a capital "C".

Your contact e-mail address is wrong . I have tried t contact you about your remark about my Confederate insignia on my answers page. You being a veteran (which I doubt) should understand the importance of find and and marking the graves of civil war soldiers on both sides. That is what "the Sons of Confederate Veterans" do. To be offended is something I cannot understand. We find, clean the graves. Erect tombstones and place a memorial at the cemetary. Both flags plus unit colors are flown and lighted. For a combat veteran (which i doubt) to be offended offends me. These brave men died in a war that was completely unnecessary. They were all American fighting men. You need to get alife and leave the vets that want to HONOR our Dead alone. Sorry to have offended you. Viet Nam Vet 29 month in country...U.S. Marine Corps. Semper Fi !

Not surprised.
Incidentally, does anyone know what percentage of soldiers in Iraq enlisted after the war started? I am sure many of them enlisted in order "to get revenge" for 9/11. I mean if you enlisted after the war started, you made a conscious choice. Weren't many of these soldiers driven by hatred, fanaticism and fundamentalism? No one forced them, right? They chose to blindly follow the shepherd. Should people have to feel sorry if they get killed?

Why does it matter that they were Marines? They are people who committed murder, just like a lot of other people do. They should be prosecuted for it.
