Ghana are also the only African team to win a game in this year's world cup. So yeah, they the best thus far.

Côte d'Ivoire is the best African team, they were unfortunate to be in group with Netherlands and Argentina. If Ghana still has a chance to make to round of 16 that doesn't make them better team than Côte d'Ivoire. It is true that Ghana won match against Czech Republic but Côte d'Ivoire should have won match against Netherlands in which ref helped Netherlands

Ghana, as they're the only one to pull off a win.
Problem is is that the two goal scorers for them are both out on yellows for the game tomorrow against the US, though the US will be missing both Pope and Mastroeni.
And Cote d'Ivoire has already been eliminated.

Well Ghana has proven to be the best, yet I think a lot of people thought ivory coast should have preformed better.

Although they lost their first 2 games, keep in mind it was against Holland and Argentina. Most other teams would've lost to them as well, but they managed to score goals against each of them, and didn't look inferior at all. They were just unlucky to not have gotten anything out of those matches.
