remember that you are the one who controls what you do and how to do it. so first get your stuff and facts in order then figure how to best deal with them and start dealing with them. putting stuff off only adds to the weight and frustration so get done what you get done and also remember. man, get your girlfriend to lay you down on your stomach and sit on top on your back and massage your whole entire back and neck and shoulders and everything else while you just say

"how am i going to do all this?"

and she'll say "don't worry, baby, everything will be just fine. Just relax."

if you don't got a girl, then, man.. Just stop stressing about it.

first off, if you keep stressin about it, you'll get even more behind then you are already. Now, listen, you can't be all study study study. The mind needs fun sometimes. Ligthen up, get a senseof humor.

second, how can you be behind in your study work? a lot of people don't go to college right away. you can finish college whenever man. if you need a break, take a semester off and clear your head.

third, if you are so worried about your study work, go take summer courses, they're a lot easier and shorter. bang them out in like 5-6 weeks.

that's all man. good luck. I hope i helped.

Exercise, rest, eat something healthy/fresh, joke around with a friend, watch a movie, do something to take your mind off your studies for a couple of hours. Not the week before finals, of course.

Isaac Asimov, the famed science fiction (and scientific non-fiction) author once said that when he had writer's block he would go out and see a movie.

That took his conscious mind off the problem at hand, while his unconscious mind was freed to look at it from other angles.

Worked for him. Makes sense too.

Also, instead of dwelling on possible failure, visualize yourself succeeding.

When you are lifting weights, you do not visualize yourself failing to lift the bar. You visualize the bar lifted with your arms fully extended. Then you do it.
