Can you make trades? You need to replace Ross at C. You also need more OF power. Maybe trade some of those 2b/3b?

By looking at your roster, I think you have a great team. The advantage of this is that you have depth on your bench and if you want to move up in the standings, my suggestion is trade some offense for pitiching. Offer players you have now that has value (Zimmerman, Youkilis, Thames, Patterson, Castillo, Lowell, Broussard). Dump Rodriguez and Villarreal for better pitchers on the waiver wire/Free Agents. Try to acquire a better catcher and at least another good outfielder. Get at least one or two closers and one more starter. Good luck.
