Unfortunately, Mexico is yet to win the world cup. They have never won it, and it looks like they won't win it this time either.
In 1986 Mexico were the host nations, and in that year Argentina won as they beat Germany (3:2).

NEVER, Mexico's best perfrmance sin a world cup have been the two times they havehosted the world cup in 1970 and 1986

Never have. In fact, have never been beyond the quarterfinals, and both of their quarterfinal appearances came when they hosted (sorry, but that's something the US has done).
