Kick him to the curb A.S.A.P. if he has been jumping his way around the family then he can't be much of a man sounds almost like he made a bet that he could sleep with all the women in your family.

I'd say break up with him. He's of no good use. It would do you a lot of harm, and will end up hurt. Move on, get yourself someone who really cares and loves you, and not someone who would play games with you. Cheers!

Dump his A.S.S and get your self a new man Don't let him use you like he used your cousins there's plenty of good guys that don't play mind games
