does anyone know of any lenders for manufactured homes already built?

I'm looking to buy a house already on propoerty but it's a manufactured home and I need 100% financing. Does anyone know of any lenders that are willing to do this??

there is a company called Origen ad they specialize in Mannies as old as 1976. If you need more info let me know. They will go up to 95% but there are ways to get the other 5%.

I would try calling palm habor homes they might be able to help u find a finiace place. Good Luck!

Washington Mutual and Citimortgage did it for us twice. The last guy we sold to got his through BB&T.
