For instance glucagon increases blood sugar levels via the pancreas.The primary conductor of this orchestra is the Hypothlamus which is located not in yr feet but yr BRAIN!!

Are you high? Hormones are secreted by glands and there is no such at the bottom of your feet. But if there is a case that a hormone should act on which is located on the bottom of your feet, then yeah the hormones will go there. Let me put it this way; suppose that your foot bleeds. In a case like that one of the hormones must act on to stop the bleeding. I hope you get what I mean...

No, but there are nerves in the male foot that are as sensitive as the head of a penis. If you take your finger and glid it down the sole of your foot, you will feel it in your penis. Weird but true
