My greatest regret at 25; is that I used to believe in "having no regrets". I've come to the realization that its HEALTHY to have regrets in life...how else would one learn, well, anything! None of us have all the answers, none of us are sure of ANY outcome. To justify a lack of desire, fear thereof, escapism, low self worth by saying.."i have no regrets", thats just alittle ignorant to me. Depending on the outcome of circumstances of course.

Without my regrets, I wouldnt have decided to go back to college.
Was it Socrates that stated something about 'the unexamined life'? Reflection has its purpose ppl, especially for those whom are concious(not SELFconcious) enough to use it!

Not standing up for myself or others. Like when people are talking bad about someone and you don't say anything. You are still in the room. So your're in on it by association. Why not leave the room or say I will not be a part of this. Or when someone is saying something to me about me I just agree. Then I am upset.
