Not really. Some are just plain crazy. Well actually there are ways to channel anger and craziness to much more positive side during PMS. Me, I'll just go screaming at my cat.Cheers!

No and until I had my son I had never experienced PMS, some people just have a harder time of it. Chemically they may get more estrogen at one time than others do.

im not "crazy" when i have pms -- im in pain (little) so im not really "in the mood" -- but not crazy.
