my aunt gave me her kids at one time i had to go to court and get custody papers so that i could get medical help and put them in school, and than she had her lawyer get them back so i would be very care in what you do i would find the best lawyers and make sure she can not come back and take them away when she feels like she wants to be a mother, some people do not need to be parents..my aunt ended up losing the kids to the legal system..

Better get a lawyer involved in this one. There are so many points you need protection with. Be careful with this. Hate to see you get hurt.

Get a lawyer to put it in writing. That's the only way to guarantee anything, and even that's not always permanent.

get a lawyer.
I am looking into adoption, and if I ever get to do it, I will have everything legal, through my lawyer.
Good luck
