If you have Outlook Express on your PC - go to Tools. Choose the Accounts option - it will open a new window that states Internet Accounts. See the ADD button? - click on it and choose MAIL - a Internet Connection Wizard will appear that will guide you throught the whole proses. Remember to keep your IP adress and password ready that you received from your service provider.
Also keep in mind that this new mail address that you had installed will not be functioning at all if you do not register it with your service provider. With some service providers you can have up to 4 mail address, I am with Telkom in South Africa and have 3 different mail addresses. You can also split the different addrsses to go to different pc's, each receiving their own mail, when you set them up the wizzards will guide you through the whole thing, each e-mail address has got its own IP and Password, so make sure you keep them on a save place, normally the service provider will forward a printout with all the detail to make it easy for you to do the setup, step by step.
Hope you make out and that you are successfull in this mission and hope it helped a little on your question asked.
But, Yes you can have more than one mail address on one pc, I do!
Thanks
Jenny

You really can´t add email addresses. If you see an address
like 262.64.2.1 and try to add some number to it then you could
end up replying to someone that you don´t even know and that
could be risky.
Example:
262.64.2.1
+1
__________
262.64.2.2
This could be the address of anyone. Do you understand?

Depends on which software you are using for your emails. Most of the software programs for email has Address Book to store different email address. MS Outlook has an icon to store email addresses, Yahoo Mail also has and so does Gmail or Hotmail.

Yahoo!:--
register for another Yahoo! identity /email account. There are bona fide reasons, eg. one to use for adults sites, and so prevent any spam coming into your usual email address.
Outlook Express:--
Select "Tools/Accounts..." and click on "Add", and fill in the details for the account, the essential one being the server data under the "Server" tab, and under the "connection tab".
