I want to try to save a video stream that I can download in pieces from a website. It's buffered and you play it... Anybody know where that is stored ... some sort of temp file maybe? Hoping not cached...

It is stored TEMPORARILY in your temp folder and is not stored so that you can save it. There are programs available that will allow you to do this but nothing local to your computer.
