if every city, town and village were put together to a height of two stories maximin how much of the planet would they cover as maybe the size of a country

Over half the world is water. Then there are the jungles deserts and the bush in Australia and the ice caps so put the towns and villages and cities together its not that much and then to go two stories that's half it again so it's not a really big space.

Not very accurate but it may give you some ideas.
