A prophet brings new revelation from God, speaking in the name of God consistent with the nature of God (as known from clear general revelation) accompanied by a miraculous sign. Prophesy continues until the scripture is complete. The more basic question to ask is if the scripture is complete. One can know if the scripture is compete by knowing if the promise is fulfilled. Has the promise been fulfilled? If so then prophesy is ended. E-mail if any questions.

Well, the main thing about prophets is that they are only acknowledged afterward, and are not really noticed in their own times. The general population is skeptical to any prediction, even weather forecasts are doubted, so it is really difficult to accept that there are still prophets receiving divine messages somewhere.
According to probability, I'd wager there is a likely chance that there are genuine prophets somewhere in the world right now... hopefully their messages won't be ignored before its too late.

it depends on what you believe in your hart and your soul. there are some but they keep a low profile. I can not tell you where they are or if they wish to be found, but if you need answers ask your spirit animal it will guide you. and if you don't know your spirit aniaml ask it to come forword it will come when it is called
