I bought two round-trip plane tickets from Vegas to Washington DC for August 11 - August 20. Now I can't go. They cost $600 and are under my name. Is there any way to sell them or something? Please help me!

Depends on the airline. Check your fine print. Some will let you change the date - for a fee, of course. Most are non-transferable these days though.

With the new laws, you can't swith the names of the people on the ticket but your best bet would be to call the airline and get credit for those tickets. You will be able to leave on a different day or something like that. This would cast you a fee though (usually $100) to change the flight.

If you contact the airline, you should be able to change the dates (or if you give them to a friend, the names) for a fee of $50 to $100.

Call the airline, beg, plead, yell, cry to them and see if they will cut some kind if deal with you (creditor maybe a refund with a penalty).

Call the airline and/or your travel agent. They should be able to refund or change the dates to allow you to make new plans!!
Happy flying,
