My boss wants to switch me from Sprint to Metro PCS.
I use my phone for business all day.
Does Metro have good service?
Would you recomend it for all day use?

I use Metro. On occasion they do network maintenance that will interfere with text messages/incoming calls for a day or two, but other than that (every company has to do network maintenance) I've had a great expereince with them. This has happened maybe twice.

I purchased an audiovox phone from them that broke just after the warranty expired, they knocked off a significant amount of my next phone and gave me a gratis month of service because that particurlar phone had alot of problems, and I didn't have to threaten their customer service.

I strongly recommend you go to a REAL metro store (Such as the one on 595), not an "authorized dealer" however. The "authorized dealers" are known for selling 2nd hand phones, which gives the company a bad rep. If you go to one of these "authorized dealers", and you're having problems with your phone, that's probably why. And they charge more for the phones than a real Metro store.

I have had metro pcs for about 2-21/2 years and i think it is the best thing that i have done. i had another phone service and my bill went from $100.00 to 378.00 in just 2 months, since i have had metro pcs my bill has always been the same it runs $59.60 a month and the service is pretty good and once in awhile i have dropped calls but only about 1 every 6 months. If you get a good phone such as Nokia you will be happy with the phone and its features. if you are looking for internet connection then you might be better off getting a LG they have better graphics. for a basic phone you should be happy with Nokia. thay also have the RAZOR phone, but i am going to wait until the price goes down, they want $300.00 for the phone.

their service SUCKS!!!

the only good thing is they have unlimited local calls....and you dont have a contract....but if you dont want drop calls or low signal constantly, dont swith...

i rather pay more than keep calling your clients back to apologize for the bad cell phone service.
