Ok- So I am on CD 22! Which means that I shouldn't have my period until next week. BUT.... yesterday and today I have been spotting. Not enough to wear a tampon or pad or anything- it only happens when I wipe- (I KNOW TMI) but I have NO IDEA what this could possibly be. I was talking to my mom and she said this happened to her when she was pregnant- Do you guys think I could be pregnant?? This is killing me- b/c I have to wait to test until next week. AHH!! Help!

It could be that you are pregnant (implantation spotting), but sometimes our cycles just go whacky for whatever reason. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that something is wrong yet. If it happens for 3 cycles, then most doctors would have you come in to get it checked out. So, you'll have to be patient and wait to take an HPT. Good luck to you!

Yes, you *could* be pregnant. If your last period was normal (and you don't normally have any spotting), then spotting on day 22 is most likely to be implantation bleeding--when the fertilized egg gets to the uterus and starts implanting. This is typically between a week before your period and the first day of a missed period, so it sounds like it's right on time.

yes you could be pregnant and you donot have to wait to test you can test anytime there is a chance of being pregnant and you can have a full peiord the whole time your pregnant it has happend to alot of women so go take the test now better safe then sorry and if you are call a obgyn dr, to get in asap just to be safe because you could also be going through a miscarriage and not know

There are a few OTC pregnancy tests that you can do BEFORE your first missed period. But maybe you are getting your period early also and it is just starting. Dont know for sure, but i would think if it keeps up, go to your doctor if you feel uncomfortable about it.

i am in the same boat ive been told it could be implantation bleeding meaning im pregnant apparently you can do a HPT 4 days before your period (first response) thats what im going to do, good luck.
