Portugal seemed like they worked better together as a team! Mexico just didn't have it today. Maybe they should try all that hugging and rolling on the ground together like the Portuguese guys did...LOL

it definetely wasnt just you...Mexico did play a horrible game against portugal. Just the fact that they had so many chances to score and because of miscommunication or just a stupid mistake they did made them look like prescription amateurs, at least in most of the first half and then mixed in the second. They missed a penalty and lost many good chances to even the score, although Portugal was doing their part by faking a lot, which would not be that bad if the referee did not believe them, but he did. The fact that Mexico had a hand in the match and that led to a penalty really just made things all the worse, and they better shape up for eigths or go home.

Their loss to Portugal was expected by many people. While they didn't necessarily get lucky in their first 2 games, neither were they coordinated. Their goals came as the result of some teamwork and alot of individual effort on the part of certain players. They needed to coordinate better in their practices, and work on their passing game. They didn't do that, and paid for it.

It wasn't that bad, losing against an European team 2-1 is not bad at all. The USA lost 3-0 gainst the Czechs, and only 1-1, only because of an Italian's auto-goal. That's horrible!

Mexico couldnt find a way to take out Portugal......Bravo had afew clear chances that he messed up.....but in the end they played bad
