If you didn't get your scent all over the nest and is there are no other nosy pets around or loud unexpected noises, she may just come back to give birth again, IF she feels that your yard is safe.

I don't believe so...she most likely was using your yard as a place to give birth because it was probably the safest place to. Also, the rabbit may have been eaten by coyotes, if you have coyotes in your area. I recommend you keep an eyey out for them and if they show up again, get animal control to relocate them to a better place for them to live. MayMay
