i use my razr as a modem. i plug it in to my laptop and have internet. i installed this program couple months ago from tmobile off a cd. but now its not opening my internet. i still have data on my razr. iv called technical help and they dont know why. the program is no longer in my computer. the computer doesnt read the cd anymore. what should i do?

get a new cd, chances are you will most likely need it again so be sure to burn a back up copy, I am sure for some reason your modem drivers were erased, those nessesary drivers to enable the phone to act as a modem are most likely on a cd......

Wow, sounds like maybe a virus in the laptop..
You may need to network it to another PC so that you can copy over an anti-virus program.
Also once the systems are networked, share the CD on the PC so that the laptop can install the software you need again.
I suggest downloading your antivirus programs to the PC before you network the 2 systems.
If you don't have a hub or router to network the 2 systems, you will need to pick up what is called an uplink or "crossover" Ethernet cable to connect the 2 systems to each other. These cables are just regular Ethernet patch cords with pins 1&3 and 2&6 cross connected (pin 1 at one end is pin 3 at the other end etc...)
