only a certain number of refs get chosen event though they have 4 officials for each game there really are no substitues. as long as south american refs stop getting Italy's games things should be fine.

A referee is only as good as the behaviour of the players in front of him. If those players didn't want to get red carded, they shouldn't have committed stupid fouls and violent play!
