Mexico lost, qulified barely in the easiest group. Now they are gonna get destroyed by Argentian, if Mexico had been in the US group and vice versa. Mexico would be flying back home and the US would have qualified in 1st place, last world cup US beat Portugal. Mexico Sucks, media lied to all you mexicans they arent great and havent been in a long time. They qualify every year because they are in the weakes zone, just try to qualify in Conmebol see what happens there. Mexico barely beat Venezuela, who is South Americas whipping boy (everyone beats them), by the score of 1-0 only because the referee have away a penalty kick to mexico because they were playing at the LA clolssium wiht 50,000 mexicans. MEXICO SUCKS!!!!

The facts are: Mexico have 4 points so they move to the best 16 teams in the world: Next game either Argentina or Netherlands, and it's up for grabs.

Yes they lost. But "for good", I am not sure as they are true to the next round. Their next game will be very tough, as they will have to play either Argentina or Netherlands - depending on which team finishes on top in that group.
I wouldn't be so quick to rule them out. Mexico is one of the teams that are in the top five in the FIFA rankings, so one would expect them to go very far in the competition.
