Is Eastwood Neighbors, a nice Neighborhood in Nashville, TN?

I am moving to Nashville from california and I am trying to get opinions on Eastwood Neighbors, it is nashville tenessee. I am moving close to Granada street. Can someone please help? I am getting ready to sign the lease but I would like to get some opinions!

It's ok. I live in Nashville, but I can think of nicer places than that to live (depending on your budget of course). Contact me, and I'll hook you up with my real estate guy and we'll put our heads together and see what we can come up with.
