I swear every year I go on vacation, and I have to count months ahead of time to make sure I schedule it right after my period. I dont want to go all bloated and stuff. OMG it can be such a pain. So I just wanted to know if other ladies have to do the same or do ya just "wing" it, so to speak.

I never really thought about that. Since work and college schedules have always been tight, I really never had much of a choice. It might be a good thing, but then again I have always been lucky with not having many side effects that most women get.

It depends on the vacation. Visiting family, no. Jamaica, yes. If you're on the pill you can control when your period comes (to an extent) so you can schedule your period around your vacation.
