In my opinion he is!
He was a so-so president in his first term, but now he is worse, he knows there is no being elected again for him, so he has given up trying to do good for America. And I fear the next president we get, will not do any better.

During his time people said Lincoln was a the worse president in History, look at how we view him now.
People say Kennedy was a great president, but we have never been closer to totaly Nuclear war then when he was in office.
In the end if Iraq starts a chain of democracy through out the middle east. Will W. be a bad president? I don't think so.
Yes he has made mitakes but they all have. Lincoln is the only president to have Civil War, and he is regarded by many, including me, as one of the greatest men that has ever led this country.
Only time will tell.

i love it when people use our distance from the UN as a bad thing. The UN is more a joke than the League of Nations.
Bush has good and bad, just like any president. Carter was a sweet guy, with a good heart. He just was horrible as presidnet. Reagan was a great president, minus his retreat from lebanon.
All presidents have good and bad. Some consider Lincoln our greatest president, others consdier him our greatest tyrant.

Yes! In the history of the United States, He and His Father are Bad Leaders, leading the USA to destruction, Bush and His Father were a special mission of the Zionists, they should be sent out of the USA immediately or else, USA will DIE!!!

bad is so relative! he has done some good things, and he has really sucked at other things...the problem is he is a politician. and like any and all politicians, he really hasnt done what he should and has the power to...but he isnt a complete mess of a president and he has been more aggressive on some issues that we need him to be...like his grade point average, id give him a C...at least until i see what he does in these last few years

Horrible. Disconnected, insulated by yes men, manipulated by the Cheney - Rumsfeld power block and blind by economic separation to the real needs of the middle class and the poor. The WRONG man to have in place during 9/11 by far, who turned it into a reason to attack a country we should have left alone - Iraq- thus dragging us into a quagmire nearly as deep as Viet Nam.

Yes, he has alienated the US even more from the United Nations and the world in general. He seems to have good intentions but doesn't have the tact, intelligence, and foresight to make good decisions.

Yes he is. That fool has done a lot of bad things during his time in office. You know what they are, so I won't waste my time getting into all of that. He should be impeached now!!!
