With my second pregnancy, they didn't really hurt at all. They were slightly tender, but no where NEAR how they felt with my first pregnancy. With my second one, they started hurting slightly at around 6 weeks, give or take.

Mine started hurting as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Which was at 6 weeks. Oh my gosh did they hurt. I am now 21 weeks and just loving the new fullness added to them. No more pain...Thank god!

With my first they didnt damage in any respect by skill of the total being pregnant. I not in any respect had the bright soreness like some human beings discuss. yet with all my others i began to observe moderate tenderness etc probable round 3-5 weeks.

I would say about 7 months on the second. I cannot remember my first pregnancy at all.

I am only four weeks pregnant and they hurt and have for about two weeks. I also have small breasts so that could have something to do with it. I think everyone is different.

It's been awhile but they were sore within the first month and continued to get a little sorer over time.
