Hell no. In fact, some countries don't have individual rights, period. Think of the Taliban. They were killing people because they were doing what we consider to be 'normal stuff'.
Our rights are given to us by the BOR and the Constitution. Not all countries have something like that.

I'm sorry to say no in many third world countries women have little or no rights at all and children are nothing more then viewed as animals. But a few good people in the world are doing all they can to turn this situation around, but it is not easy to change embedded traditions

All people suppose to be born with equal rights everywhere on earth or in this universe. But various governments of countries might impose restriction on the rights of their citizen. They even do not acknowledge their rights!

no not always...in some countries women can't go out without covering themselves...in some countries women have a tougher time with the court when getting a divorce...in some places in the South(of U.S.), places still segregate...in some countries there are still slaves who don't have the same rights as their owners...so it's sort of different sometimes

They should be, but aren't. Most countries governments restrict peoples' rights to diffferent degrees.
