Somebody asked a very similar question awhile back: how much would sea level rise if all humans on earth were submerged in the oceans. The answer was something like .17". So "less than an inch" would be my guesstimation to answer your question.

Anything that promises to cut the cycling time and didn't come from a freezer or mature filter over 6 months old will do nothing to speed the cycle. You could pour in the whole bottle and it will still take as long as it takes. Sorry. A fishless cycle takes between 3-6 weeks. In this time, you need to ensure there's an ammonia source in the tank at least once per day. Generally it's best to keep it around 4ppm. Nitrite takes longer to drop than ammonia - anything up to about 2-3 weeks, so your readings are perfectly normal at this point :-) Checking pH, KH and GH aren't important until after the tank is fully cycled and I've never tested iron.

That's easy. It will be the same.

Because all the fish will be on land, which combined weight will cause the land to be pushed towards the center of the earth, which causes the sea level to rise.

Well there is really no way to tell this question because we would need to know the volume of water in the ocean as well as the volume of all of the fish in the ocean of which human beings no neither as of this point.
