Outcry? What, from our liberal media? No, to them torture is having women's underwear on your head or being made to stand naked and have your picture taken. That's the liberal idea of torture.

The media doesn't want to focus on this because it might strengthen our resolve to kick some terrorist butt. It might remind the general public what animals the terrorists are. The media won't even call them terrorists - they're "insurgents" or some other such namby-pamby term.

They're terrorists - ISLAMIC TERRORISTS! And they're animals. If we don't stop them over there, they will come here and show us what they really think of our freedom.

How about the outcry for what happened to the twin towers, the Pentagon, a Patriot Act's intrusion on our civil liberties, lies, deception, War on terror, big oil, and all of the rescue workers after breathing the toxic dust at the WTC. The white house blocked an EPA report that was supposed to warn everyone about those dangers!

Where's the outcry for those criminal activities???

None - Which is the exact same outcry as we heard for the 2.2 million civilians slaughtered by the N. Vietnamese after the libs cried our way out of the Vietnam war.

They are worse than worthless. Liberals are a detriment.

Not since 9/11 have the Republicans been so overjoyed at the killing of Americans. After that windfall political profit, the fatcats' phony anger and hidden glee celebrated how 3K dead Americans would save Bush's presidency and their tax cuts. These latest deaths have given new life to the What So Proudly We Halliburton war. Al Qaida's atrocities are spun into selling points for the Chickenhawk-in-Chief's incompetent but profitable foreign policy. As the corporate pigs wallow in their blood money, real Americans are tricked into getting even more stuck in this quicksand in order to avenge these murders. Instead of listening to the war profiteers' media whores squawk about "cut and run," we should cut out the talk-show nannies tongues for running off at the mouth about sending more sons of the Little People to die in order to create even more martyrs for Big Money to celebrate. To stop this heartless reaction, let's draft the chickenhawks' own pampered sons right out of the elitist prep schools. I doubt if even our selfish, arrogant, and inhuman upper-class sleazeballs will gloat when the blood of their spoiled brats is shed just to give a bump to Bush's poll numbers.

We are fighting a war. Soldiers die in war. It's tragic, but also to be expected. Considering the innocent CIVILIANS who are dying in staggering numbers in Iraq...I don't know, it's hard to feel too upset about the issue separate from the feeling upset about the thousands of innocents that have died.

Remember, us showing a muslim man pictures of naked women (Abu Ghraib) is much worse than a muslim freedom fighter torturing and mutilating our soldiers.

At least that is what I'm getting from the silence of the international community on this issue. I'm still waiting for Kofi Annan to condemn this outrage.

there was, but they are dead. They are no different than the other 2,734 who have died in Iraq.

The outcry should be to get out of Iraq where we do not belong!

Wonder if all those anti Mexican Rebugs are still going to make racist Mexican remarks as one was of Mexican descent!
