Sounds like prickly heat
It will go away. Try to keep the child fairly cool and dry.

I assume you mean infant acne that newborns get? If so, nothing...just leave it alone. It's the excess hormones from the mother that are working their way out of the baby's body. Some infants get it, some don't. DO NOT goop your baby's face up with a bunch of oils, lotions, creams, over the counter medicines, etc. All that will serve to do is clog their pores and make them miserable and make the bumps even worse. Just let nature take its course. It might not be pretty, but your baby isn't uncomfortable because of it.

That's perfectly normal (baby acne), their liver is getting used to processing nutrients, and the immune system is being built and reacting to some "left over" hormones from the mother (you!). It will eventually (within 2 weeks) go away. A little sunlight would be good (for instance you can change your baby in the sunny room). So don't worry about the "bumps". BTW, you can call your pediatrics care specialist, and they will give some tips over the phone. Not even worth a visit at this point.

Depends....Is your baby under 6 months of age? If so, those bumps you leave alone. Don't put lotion or anything on them. Just keep them clean. The bumps are caused by the estrogen and other hormones the mom passed to the baby during birth. It usually happens to babies under 6 months of age

Depends on what kind of red bumps your talking about, one kind is called a heat rash, and the only thing to do for that is keep the baby a little cooler.
The one my daughter has is caused by drooling, (she's teething), it's a red rash she gets under her chin and around her neck, I just put a little vaseline on her neck and it clears it up.
my daughter also had a rash on her forehead, old folks called it the Angel's Kiss, it is usually on there forehead and there isn't much you can do to get rid of it. She finally grew out of it tho. Hope yours don't have this. It's something that will either grow out of or never get rid of.
There's so much that can cause a rash on a baby, the best thing to do is to take the baby to the doc and see what they can do for him/her. Anyways, good luck !

If the baby is a newborn (under a week or so old), then it might by infant acne which is caused by mom's hormones still in his or her blood. It will go away on its own.

If the baby is a little older, it might be a heat rash. Keep the baby cool and his skin dry and it will clear up.

We have the same problem with our son. Our doc said it isnt eczma but kinda like it. The best thing we have found is something called aqua 4. It should be somewhere around the vasiline. I put it on several times a day and then reallly think at night and put his pjs on over it. It has reallly helped Jake!

all babies get those bumps but to make sure they dont get more then they should make sure eveyone who holds the baby uses a blanket over their clothes as for the bumps on the baby's face don't let people kiss on your babies no matter who it is only you as the mother should kiss on the baby.

Sometimes babies are allergic to perfumes in soaps and lotions.Try switching the brand you use to bath him/her. My son had this when he was first born and I switched him to the Baby Aveeno brand and that work great. It will clear up if you keep using it. Also use baby laundry soap and skip on the drier sheets. Too much perfume in the adult kind once again. Good luck!

Ask your pediatrician, it might be baby acne or heat rash, if it's baby acne it will go away as they get older and there isn't anything you can really do. Sometimes the baby gets momma's hormones and they get ancne as those hormones "exit" the baby's body. If that is what it is there isn't anything you can do but wait.
