Get yourself off the computer, out of the sofa. Find interest in talking and being with people. If you find it hard; you need practise. Practise on people you care for and who cares for you. In your class, in your family and so on. And remember if you get really stuck. People will find you very interesting if you let them talk about themselves; ask them questions and talk about them....
Good luck.

Well, get out from in front of the computer or TV, and go out and hang out with people. If you see kids your age playing football (for example) ask if you can join in. As they see that you want to do things they also want to do, they'll start talking and playing with you more.

If I put two and two together here. I think you should probably do something about your weight problem first. Your probably ugly too, and there isn't much you can do about that, but try going to a Star Wars or a Comic Book convention you should be able to make "some" friends there.

Try going outside and running for 20min everyday for 1 month.
Then go to a mall or a bar and try meeting some people, after that ask those people for their phone numbers, invite them to a movie or something.
If that does not work, go back to school and take some grammer classes.

Nobody's that boring! You need to just figure out what it is you like to do. A lot of it you're probably doing already (like hanging out at Yahoo! Answers).

Get outside and take a walk or a bikeride. Take up an outdoor hobby. Do you find anything else interesting?

No you aren't you just haven't found something that makes you want to do all that "fun" stuff. Think about what you really want to do and try that maybe then you will find what you are looking for.
Good Luck
